B.U.I.L.D. is a five stage sales execution method.
Built from 35 years of combined frontline selling and sales leadership, for the moments deals actually stall. It is the same method inside the app and the team training.
Most deals don't die at the close.
They slip earlier, in the prep, or later, in a follow up nobody owned. Here is what that sounds like in the field.
Deals break in the prep, not at the close.
Walk in without a clear position and an ambition for this call, and you are one of three. The close was lost before you parked.
Agreement is not commitment.
Nods and a warm goodbye feel like progress. Without a date, an owner, and a next step, it was a nice chat.
Most training fades when the room clears.
The workshop was last month. The objection is tonight, and you are alone with it. The method has to go where the call is.
Built in the field, not in a classroom.
B.U.I.L.D. comes from decades of carrying a bag, running teams, and coaching reps through the calls that go sideways: the stalled deal, the objection nobody prepared for, the meeting that ended in a nice chat. Those lessons were turned into five stages you can repeat on any call.

Pick a stage. See how it works.
When the coach gives you a read, it names one of these five. Tap a letter to see what it means on a real call.
Begin
You may know 100 plays. Preparation is knowing which three matter today. Before the call, put your position, your ambitions, your toolbox, and the hesitations you expect on one page. One primary ambition, with up to two supporting ones when needed.
The language your team shares.
Every rep and every manager uses the same words. That is what makes coaching stick after the session ends.
PATH
Position, Ambitions (one primary, up to two supporting), Toolbox, Hesitations. Your one page prep before any call.
Deposit
Something useful, at little or no cost, given before you ask the customer for anything.
LAER
Listen, Acknowledge, Explore, Respond. How you work an objection without defending.
Questioning Funnel
Start with wide, open questions, then narrow to the details that decide the deal.
Money questions
The one or two open questions that get the customer talking, with a clear destination. Know them before you walk in.
80/20 listening
The customer talks 80 percent of the time. You ask, then stop talking.
Commitment vs agreement
A commitment has a date, an owner, and a next step. An agreement has none of them.
Style matching
Read how the customer decides and meet them there.
...we saw our salespeople using [BUILD's] tools and terminology for many years to come.
See it in the app
Every stage and tool on this page lives in the app. Bring a real call, and the coach names the stage and gives you a next move you can save.
