The third parties that process BUILD data on our behalf, and why. This list is factual and kept current independent of counsel review.
Purpose: database, authentication, and hosting of all persistent application data (accounts, sessions, worksheets, and related records). Region: United States.
Purpose: hosts the application, handles request routing and ephemeral logs, and collects filtered page views and technical traffic data for Web Analytics. BUILD's client integration groups detail routes, removes URL query strings and fragments, and omits authentication-flow page views. Region: United States.
Purpose: chat completion for coaching conversations, worksheet generation, voice transcription, and text embeddings for retrieval. Region: United States.
Purpose: bot protection on registration and sign-in. Region: Global network, request-time only.
Purpose: forwards access requests and contact messages from getbuildcoach.com to our inbox by email. It receives what you enter on those forms (name, email, role, what you sell, team size, company, and any note). It is not used inside the app. Region: Not stated by the provider.
Purpose: rate limiting, to stop abuse of sign-in, registration, password reset, and coaching. It stores short-lived request counters keyed by your user ID, or by a one-way hash of your IP address or email for sign-in, registration, and password reset. It never receives your conversations, worksheets, or any other content. Region: Not yet confirmed.
No other third party is in the data path today.
