BUILD is a worksheet producing sales coaching tool. It is currently operated by an individual, not yet under a formed company. Using BUILD means you accept these terms. We may update these terms as the service grows, and continued use after a posted update means you accept the update. A material change will be called out in the app the next time you sign in.
You must be 18 or older to use BUILD. One person per account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
No payment is currently collected through this service. Pricing terms will be added here before any payment is introduced.
You own what you type into BUILD. By using the service you grant the operator a license to host, store, process, transmit to the subprocessors listed on the subprocessors page, analyze with artificial intelligence, and display it back to you, solely to operate the coaching service for you. The operator does not sell your data or your customers' data.
You are solely responsible for the information you enter, including anything about a third party such as a customer, prospect, or colleague. You represent that you have the right to enter that information and that doing so does not violate any law, any contract, or any duty of confidentiality you owe to that person or to anyone else. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the operator harmless from any claim arising out of the information you enter.
Never enter payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, biometric data, login credentials, or information about anyone under 18.
Coaching output, including worksheets, is generated by an artificial intelligence model, not a human coach. It may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it, especially before you act on it in front of a customer. Nothing in BUILD is a promise of any commercial result, including a closed deal or revenue, and nothing in it is legal, financial, tax, employment, or medical advice. You agree not to use BUILD for anything illegal, to scrape or systematically extract data from it, to reverse engineer it, to resell or sublicense access to it, to attempt to bypass its security controls, or to use it to harass, deceive, or defame anyone.
BUILD, its coaching methodology, its underlying software, and its brand belong to the operator. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you. Your own account data, and anything you type into the service, remains yours as described above.
Either you or the operator may end your use of BUILD at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate an account for a violation of these terms, for non payment once payment is introduced, or for a security risk to the service or its other users. Your data retention and export rights on termination match the privacy policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, the indemnity above, and the limitation of liability below, continue to apply.
BUILD is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. The operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of BUILD, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid the operator for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars if you have paid nothing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing a claim against the operator, you agree to contact getBUILDcoach@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for thirty days.
These terms are the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding BUILD, and replace any earlier agreement on the same subject. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. Effective date: set once this page leaves interim status.
