BUILD's guidance, worksheets, and follow-up suggestions are generated by an AI model, not by a human coach. Coaching output is grounded in a fixed body of sales coaching material, but the model's phrasing and specific suggestions are generated fresh for your conversation.
The coach's output may be incomplete, outdated, or mistaken. Review it yourself before acting on it, especially before you rely on it in front of a customer.
Using the coach is not a promise of a closed deal, revenue, or any other commercial result.
Coaching output is not legal, financial, tax, employment, or medical advice.
If you record a voice note, the audio is sent to a third-party AI model for transcription and is not stored by BUILD afterward. Only the resulting text is kept, and only after you review and send it.
Your context profile, the relevant customer account context, and the full conversation for that session are sent to OpenAI to generate coaching output. See the subprocessor list for the full list of vendors.
OpenAI retains what is sent to it for 30 days before deletion, and does not use it to train its models. This is OpenAI's standard retention setting for API traffic, confirmed directly in the account's own settings, not a BUILD-specific arrangement.
No formal data processing addendum with OpenAI is in place at this time. This is a deliberate decision, not an oversight, made given the size of the business today; it will be revisited as the business grows.
