A coach for the call in front of you.
This is the B.U.I.L.D. app. Bring a real call before it, between calls, or right after. The coach tells you where you stand and what to do next, and one tap saves your next move. Voice or text, on your phone.
- Maria decides. Her dad wants a say.
- Her cousin just got licensed and offered to help.
- School district and commute matter most.
- He's comparing price, not what he gets.
- Don't defend the number yet.
- Find out what the cheaper unit costs him over time.
- That's an agreement, not a commitment.
- No date, no owner.
PATH: position, ambitions (one primary, up to two supporting), toolbox, hesitations. One page before you walk in.
Bring the call. Leave with the next move.
- Bring the real selling moment.
- Before the call. A game plan, not a playbook.
- When it gets hard. Work the problem.
- After the call. Commitment, or just agreement?
- Prepare. Sell with structure. Leave with commitment.
The app checks back after the call.
Tie a session to a call time and B.U.I.L.D. remembers to ask how it went.
Tie the session to a call
When you start a session, add the call date and time. The check back defaults to after the call, and you can change it.
Find it on Home and in Activity
After the call, a debrief reminder shows on Home. Activity lists your open and completed debriefs.
Debrief and clear it
Tell the coach how it went. Saving your next move from the debrief clears the reminder.
The coach remembers the customer.
Tie a session to a customer and it saves there. The next time you bring up The Parkers, the coach reads your recent sessions and what you committed to.
- Where things stand
- What matters to them
- Your next move
- Your last coaching session

Points of contact: Ann Parker, Seller. Jim Parker, Seller.
Objections: Will you cut your commission?
Tuesday ยท Objection / LAER Prep. The commission question. Plan: show what they net, not what it costs.

No. There's nothing to memorize. You bring a real call and the coach helps you think it through, stage by stage. It will suggest wording when that helps, but the judgment stays yours.
General AI tends to tell you what you want to hear. B.U.I.L.D. tells you what you need to know. If you're about to cut your price or count a 'we'll circle back' as a win, it stops you and gives you one next move. It runs on a defined sales method, and you can tie coaching to a customer and save the next step.
Yes. Tap Let's talk about it and say what's happening, the way you'd tell a mentor. The words land in the box so you can check them before you send. You can also type. Either way, the conversation saves as you go.
Your first 14 days are free, with no card and no automatic charge. After that it's $29 a month or $249 a year. We'll reach out before your trial ends so you can decide.
Yes, your customer info included. The app sits behind your sign in. Coaching runs on OpenAI, which keeps what it is sent for 30 days and does not train its models on it. Voice notes are transcribed and not stored; only the text you send is kept. A manager on your team sees summarized signals, never your full conversation. You can export your data or delete your account from the More screen, and we do not sell your data. Read the privacy policy and the AI notice for the details.
Yes. Teams get one shared language across every rep, a manager view of the team, and weekly check ins. Live training sessions are available as an add on. See B.U.I.L.D. for Teams
No. B.U.I.L.D. does not connect to a CRM today. Your customers, contacts, and saved next moves live in the app, and you can export your data anytime.
